Collaborations

Lubug’s Academy Outreach is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization partnering with Rhema Church International, S.T.A.R.R Community Service, Fight 2 Feed, and the Jaylnn & Javaris Foundation. Through these collaborations, we provide spiritual support, educational resources, housing assistance, childcare services, and social programs for youth, teens, and young adults. Committed to combating hunger, we work with Fight 2 Feed to ensure children receive meals when schools are closed.

Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children and youth during out-of-school hours. Through engaging activities, academic support, and opportunities for personal growth, we aim to empower every child to reach their full potential. We are committed to fostering creativity, building life skills, and inspiring confidence, while promoting a sense of community, inclusion, and lifelong learning.

Provide tutoring, homework assistance, and access to resources to help participants improve their academic performance and develop a love for learning.

Foster a supportive environment where children and youth build self-esteem, resilience, and positive relationships with peers and mentors.

Offer a variety of programs that encourage creativity, critical thinking, leadership, and collaboration through activities like arts, STEM, sports, and team projects.

Promote physical health and mental well-being through nutritious snacks, physical activities, mindfulness exercises, and education on healthy lifestyle habits.

Spiritual Guidance at Rhema Church International

At Rhema Church International, we are dedicated to providing spiritual guidance for teens and young adults through a supportive, relatable, and engaging approach. Our goal is to help young people strengthen their faith while equipping them with the tools to navigate life’s challenges.

1. Creating a Safe and Welcoming Space

We cultivate a non-judgmental environment where teens and young adults feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, questions, and struggles.
One-on-one mentorship provides personalized spiritual guidance and encouragement.

2. Using Relatable and Engaging Methods

Our discussions address real-life issues such as peer pressure, identity, relationships, and mental well-being, connecting them to biblical principles.
We incorporate music, social media, and storytelling to make faith-based teachings relevant and impactful.

3. Encouraging Community Involvement

We organize outreach initiatives, including feeding the homeless, visiting shelters, and engaging in service projects.
Our mentorship programs empower older youth to guide and support younger members in their faith journey.

4. Hosting Interactive Bible Studies & Devotionals

Our Bible study sessions are engaging, discussion-based, and designed to encourage open dialogue.
We create opportunities for questions, real-world application, and personal reflection on God’s Word.

5. Providing Emotional & Mental Health Support

We partner with Christian counselors and faith-based therapists to support emotional and mental well-being.
Workshops on self-care, stress management, and decision-making help young people navigate life with confidence.

6. Leveraging Technology for Engagement

We offer digital resources, including podcasts, YouTube series, and online discussion groups on faith-based topics.
Virtual prayer groups and live Q&A sessions provide additional support and connection.

7. Fostering Peer-Led Groups

We encourage young leaders to take initiative by organizing events, leading discussions, and sharing testimonies.
Leadership training programs equip them to grow spiritually while making a meaningful impact in their community.

Through these initiatives, Rhema Church International helps teens and young adults build a strong spiritual foundation, deepening their faith and guiding them to live out biblical principles in everyday life.

In 2024 LuBug's Academy Outreach, Rhema Church International, and Fight 2 Feed served 16,000 hot meals in the Greater Roseland Community.
